The itinerary "Between Land and Sea" takes us on a quest through Beira Litoral to discover the differences between the people of the coastline and the people of the mountain, who, despite the distance, remain within a reach of an eye.
Throughout 5 days, we visit the region of Aveiro, we taste the sweet ovos moles and the salted fish. We feel the fear of the brave cod-fishing fishermen, who sailed towards the unknown. The unique feeling of those who stayed ashore, saudade, made them turn to God, building powerful monasteries as a consolation for the absence of their loved-ones, gone without knowing if they would return safe.
